Enhancements
- Reporting Engine: We have released a new reporting engine that will eventually be used by all of the Mangae360 reports. This new engine will allow our reports to be rendered much more quickly. The reports will be converted every release until they have all been updated. We would love feedback – send it to support@dynascape.com. With this release, the following report has been updated:
- Maintenance Job Cost – Detail: The report will have a new parameters page but otherwise will work the same as the old one. There has not been any change to the logic of the report itself. There will be a link on the report page which will provide more detail about the changes.
- Plant Picture Catalog Report: We have released a new report that is available from the Reports area of Construction Estimates. The Plant Picture Catalog report can show pictures of all Plants that are listed on the Estimate. It can use the matched picture from the OPD, or a custom image (if one has been added). More information about the report will be available on the report parameters page.
- Sales tax column: We have added a new Sales Tax Column to the Invoices tab of Construction Jobs. This will only be visible in Sales Tax was applied on the relevant invoices.
Fixes
- Update QuickBooks label: We have updated the label on the Accounting Settings page from Quickbooks to QuickBooks.
- Exclusive Access Bug: We have fixed an issue that was causing the site to generate an error if multiple connections were made during start up.
- Instructions for Plant/Material Import process: We have corrected the instructions on the Plant and Material Import pages so that they accurately reflect the import process.
- Accounts List Page: We have addressed an issue that could cause the Accounts list page not to sort properly.
- OPD Import: We have fixed an issue preventing plants from being imported from the OPD (from the Settings area).
- Labor Rate display: We have addressed an issue that was causing the Labor Rate to not be displayed correctly on the Labor Rate detail page when the MORS was being used.
