Enhancements
- Reports: We have rolled out a new user interface for additional reports. We would love feedback. Please send it to support@dynascape.com.
- Invoice Report
- New Timesheet crew options: We have added a new configuration option that will be used to determine what crews are automatically added to the new timesheet option. The options are:
- First Active Crew – this is the current default behavior.
- No Crews – the field will be left blank and a crew/crews would need to be selected.
- All Active Crews – all Active crews without a timesheet created for the selected date will be listed.
- Job Profitability Report Start / End Dates: We have added a new optional column to the Job Profitability report. The Job Start and End Dates can now be chosen in the Show section by choosing the ‘Job Dates’ option.
- Job Costing reports: A new option has been added to exclude the unit cost from the item-level grouping for the following reports: Job Cost Detail, Maintenance Job Cost Detail, and Job Profitability. If this option is disabled, the Unit Cost of the items will not be used when grouping Items together – this will allow for quantity totals to be calculated but will reduce the accuracy of the item cost component of the report. To view this new option, the report must be edited and the ‘Prompt User’ must be allowed.
Fixes
- Plant import process: We have improved the plant import process to better handle any special characters in the import file. The sample files have been converted to encoding type utf-8. When saving files for upload, it is recommended to save them as ‘CSV-UTF8’ to reduce any potential errors. Please continue to contact our support team if there are any issues.
- Settings list pages: Clicking on a row outside the name column with common actions will now select the row.
- Settings – Logos: We have made some styling adjustments on Logos page to ensure uniform card heights.
- Estimate Payment Options: We have addressed an issue so that totals on the construction estimate milestone billing are now formatted correctly.
- “Filter By” parameter: We have fixed the ‘Filter By’ parameter on the Job Profitability report to show the expected options.
- Plant Sizes with no production labor: We have fixed an issue preventing plant sizes from saving when no production labor is selected.
- Reference Pages: We have fixed the Work Order sub-status and Outcome Reasons lists pages to now function as expected.
